We source the wool from France, from a family-owned wool manufacturer, who’s been in the business since 1865. 

For 157 years, our manufacturer is an expert at controlling all stages of their ethical and sustainable manufacturing process, from the selection of raw materials to the finished fabric. 

Their unique know-how, passed down from generation to generation, has enabled our manufacturer to obtain the French label of excellence for craftsmanship - “Living
Heritage Company”. It rewards their commitment to perpetuating and transmitting their textile traditions and technical knowledge.

Wool, by nature a recyclable material, has long been recovered and reinjected into their production of yarns and felts.
